Shipping policy

Majority of items that are on the website available for purchase are in stock. Unless otherwise noted, such as pre sale items/order on purchase. Some merchandise that is marked coming soon or sold out are there for your information . If an item is sold out in your size or you have another color preference please feel free to contact me and I will get it for you based on availability .

In stock items will be shipped out within 48 hrs and you should receive item within 2-5 business days domestic and 7-21 business days international , depending on destination. Pre sale items will be shipped upon arrival , an estimated date of arrival is listed in the title of the pre sale item. If for some reason item is not available, back order or pending arrival you will be notified and refunded. If you need anything expedited or overnight, that is an option please contact me ahead of purchase for confirmation of shipping options. If there are any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email and we will respond as soon as possible.

DZIGNZ by Boughie require extra processing time. Please check description for processing time, an average of 7 business days.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable or insufficient we will not issue a refund. 

Buyer is responsible for all import, taxes and fees associated with their delivery. Please contact your import office prior to purchase.
