Return will be issued as a store credit only, no refunds or exchanges

Items must be unworn with original tags attached, free from odors, perfume, pets, smoking etc. or Items will be rejected

Please contact us to begin a store credit return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance

Once your item is received and inspected a store credit will be issued minus original shipping costs

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted

Dzignz by Boughie items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to them being a custom item. All Dzignz are final sale, no exceptions.
